How Much is Shipping?

Shipping prices will vary based upon carrier and the shipping location. We recommend you go through the ordering process with all valid information. At “checkout” you will receive your estimated shipping cost. If you choose to cancel your order, you may do it at that time before your payment has been processed.

Can you ship international?

Yes, Trick or Treat Studios does ship international. Please note: Trick or Treat Studios does not include Taxes and Duties your country may charge. If you do not pay this and your item is returned to our warehouse, you will need to pay to have it shipped to you again.

For international shipments, can you mark it as a gift?

No, that is a violation of USA Customs Laws.

The item I want says Pre-Order. What does this mean?

This item is unavailable at our warehouse, but will be back in stock soon. When your order has been processed, you will receive a message informing you when it will ship. All items on the order will be put on hold.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed during week - please allow 24-48 hours for processing before your order is shipped, assuming the product is in stock. Trick or Treat Studios is closed over the weekend, so orders placed on Fri-Sun will start processing Monday/Tuesday. If your order is a pre-order, we will send you a confirmation email with the time frame that we will be shipping your order. And please note, with preorders and during the busy season, we ship in order received so the 24-48 hours rule may not apply.

How do I know if my order was shipped?

We will send you a tracking number to your email when your order has shipped.

Do I have to use a PayPal account to buy my items?

No, when taken to the page to sign in for payment, select “Use Debit or Credit Card”.

What is your refund policy?

All of our masks are 100% hand made to order, therefore, with the exceptions of defects, there are no refunds. Please keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of the masks, variations in size, weathering, color and hair can exist and do not qualify as defects. For defective items, all claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please visit the ‘Contact Us’ page and fill out a form to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Can I exchange my mask?

We allow exchanges ONLY on orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us at 831-713-9665 Ext. 1.

What is your policy on costume return if the size is too small or big?

If the costume does not fit please contact customer service for assistance – 831-713-9665 Ext. 1.

What are the sizes of your masks?

Our masks are sculpted to fit the average human head size, which is between 22" to 24" in diameter.

Does Trick or Treat Studios make custom masks?

No

How do I start a wholesale account for my store?

My order is placed ‘on hold’. What does that mean?

All pre orders will be placed on ‘on hold’ status until the items are in-stock. There is nothing wrong with your order, it's just how we separate them from items shipping now.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, Trick or Treat Studios will not accept order cancellations. Please be sure to check your order before you submit payment.
