  • Bill Payment
  • Bi-Weekly Payroll
  • Prepare Entries To All Financial Accounts
  • Prepare and Process Employment Taxes and Sales Taxes
  • Prepare and Process Quarterly Commissions Statements and Payments
  • Manage Accounts Receivables
  • Manage Accounts Payables
  • Reconcile Bank and Loan Statements
  • Prepare Monthly Statements and Documents Required by Bank
  • Prepares, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet
  • Reconcile Monthly Credit Card Statements
  • Codes and Posts All Revenue and Expenses to Appropriate Ledgers
  • Maintain & Reconcile General Ledger and Subsidiary Accounts
  • Prepares and Post Month End Journal Entries
  • Prepares and Processes Customer Invoices
  • Prepares Bank Deposits
  • Prepare and Document Refunds, Bad Bebt and Write Offs
  • Keeps Accurate and Complete Set of All Financial Transactions
  • Processes Purchase Orders

Qualified candidates must have accounting/bookkeeping experience, and be proficient with Quickbooks
