Halloween Ends - Michael Myers Mask

Basically, there are no returns. I've attempted to at least exchange the product because the mask is a 14.99 Odd Lots mask. See vid/pic. If they did allow returns, nobody would keep the mask. Ironically, I used one of those affirm paying apps and the card I had on file must have changed because my first payment has yet to process. So, I technically haven't paid for the product yet, but if I don't eventually clear it up, non-payment will be to my detriment. I'm sure they already know that. That is why they don't mind sending out a terrible product with no means of obtaining one's money back.

What happen to the customer is always right I been buying these mask since they first released and the quality control on them had significantly decreased anywhere from disfigurement inconsistencies in various areas as far as the eye cuts mouth hairline and more the mask I received came with a improperly glued hairline that was partially lifted off the mask the eye cuts were a bit wonky apart from the mask being meant to look like it’s been burned this particular mask had really weird eye cuts and the mold as a whole had a lot of defects as well granted it is a mass produced mask but I’d think and like to assume that with it being a screen accurate mold that the major details of the mask should stay the same I contacted customer service offering yo send the old mask back in exchange for a new and they were completely negligent and didn’t really address my concerns at all
