The mask features extreme weathering details including a mold effect.

Negligent customer service

What happen to the customer is always right I been buying these mask since they first released and the quality control on them had significantly decreased anywhere from disfigurement inconsistencies in various areas as far as the eye cuts mouth hairline and more the mask I received came with a improperly glued hairline that was partially lifted off the mask the eye cuts were a bit wonky apart from the mask being meant to look like it’s been burned this particular mask had really weird eye cuts and the mold as a whole had a lot of defects as well granted it is a mass produced mask but I’d think and like to assume that with it being a screen accurate mold that the major details of the mask should stay the same I contacted customer service offering yo send the old mask back in exchange for a new and they were completely negligent and didn’t really address my concerns at all

We are sorry to see were unhappy with the support you received. Unfortunately since you stated that you 'don’t have the time to repackage the original order, get a label to put on it, and send back', it is outside of our policy.
