Shipping

Once your order is placed you should receive an automated confirmation email.

 

Orders with available items generally ship within 3-5 business days.  Trick or Treat Studios is open Monday through Friday.  No orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday.  We are also closed for most holidays.  

 

Available items will be sent with the shipping specifications chosen during check out.  Any pre-order/back order items will be sent out separately when they become available.  Shipping for those will be chosen by Trick or Treat Studios.

 

Shipping prices are set by the postal carriers and cannot be altered or discounted by Trick or Treat studios, as they are based on weight and shipping box dimensions.

 

When your order ships, you should receive an automated email with tracking information.
